Digital service
FlowOCR is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) product. We provide AI-powered OCR and document intelligence entirely online. There are no physical products, and therefore no physical shipping or courier delivery is involved in any purchase.
Delivery of credits and plans
When your payment is successfully processed, the purchased credits or subscription are added to your FlowOCR account automatically and are available for immediate use. In most cases delivery is instant. If there is a delay due to payment verification, activation completes within a few minutes of confirmation.
Delivery of results
Extraction results are delivered within the app immediately after processing. You can view, edit, copy, and download your output in the format you choose (text, PDF, Word, CSV, or JSON).
Delivery issues
If your payment succeeded but credits were not added to your account, contact us at support@flowocr.com with your payment ID. We will resolve activation issues promptly. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for related terms.
